Product use and liability

Definitions:

1. “We”, “us” and/or “our” means CREEPEX.
2. “You” or “your” means the individual or entity named on the invoice.

NO Bodyguard creepers built by CREEPEX is 100% hazard proof

The Bodyguard’s frame may greatly reduce the chances of serious injuries in case of falling vehicle related injuries. But there is always a risk of working under a vehicle (raised or not).

Please know that:

• Not taking the proper safety measures
• Improper use of jacks and/or jack stands
• Working on unstable surface
• excessive weight of a vehicle worked on
• sharp-edges or under vehicle protrusion
• or other unusual situations...

CAN defeat the Bodyguard’s frame purpose.

Also, a vehicle and /or vehicle parts can become projectiles at some angles, can slide, or deflect off or ricochet of any types of jacking means, or the Bodyguard’s frame itself. Furthermore, a vehicle and /or vehicle parts that are successfully stopped by the Bodyguard’s frame may still produce some level of body injury, resulting in severe bruising, broken bones, and possibly serious internal injury or even death.

The Bodyguard’s frame DOES NOT make you invulnerable to all threats. To state the obvious, working under a vehicle may carry some risks. No guarantee of invulnerability can be made.

Be aware that your head is much more susceptible to blunt trauma than your body. ANY impact to your head WILL CAUSE INJURY AND CAN CAUSE DEATH.

By buying a Bodyguard from CREEPEX, you assume ALL risks of use or misuse, and agree not to hold us liable in any way.

We Assume NO Liability

Other than our GUARANTEE of Satisfaction or Manufacturer Warranty, as applicable, we neither assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale or use of the goods sold, and there are no oral agreements or warranties collateral to or affecting this agreement. We hereby give notice that any statement made by us in the sale of the goods, shall not create any warranty that the goods shall be fit for any particular purpose. Statements, images or descriptions are informational only, and not made or given as a warranty of the goods in any way. We specifically disavow any other representation, warranty, or liability related to the condition or use of the goods.

We do not cover any consequential damages (vehicle and such), and our liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective goods. This product is sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer. We are not an insurer, and bear no liability for any use, misuse, or failure to perform.
