Terms of Sales
and Delivery conditions
Our products are Made-to-Order. We deliver
as soon as products are manufactured. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for
delivery. We guarantee delivery. All sendings to customers are on our
risk. Eventual return sendings are on your risk.
We will keep you informed.
We know that your order is not something you want to be
left in the dark about (especially when an order is delayed)
- You will know your order has been shipped because we
send you a tracking number via email.
- We'll inform you as soon as humanly possible,
if your order is a Back-order, or Custom, Made-to-Order situation,
and also our best (and honest) estimate of how long a Backorder or
Custom, Made-to-Order item might take

change at any time pending on circumstances.

Warranty
BODYGUARD are made in accordance with a strict CREEPEX
Quality Control Program.
All BODYGUARD built by CREEPEX are covered by a limited 5-year Warranty
- The Bodyguard’s frame is guaranteed to be free
of defects in material or workmanship for five (5) years from date
of delivery.
- The Bodyguard’s frame coating (XT & XT PRO
models) are guaranteed against rust for one (1) years from date of
delivery.
- The Bodyguard’s backrest is guaranteed to be
free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year.
- The Bodyguard’s casters are guaranteed to be
free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year.
- THE WARRANTY IS EXTENDED ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL USER-PURCHASER.
- Warranty is void if you fail to follow the care
instructions recommended by CREEPEX, or if the Bodyguard is subject
to abuse or abnormal use.
Termes and conditions
for sale agreement
This Standard Terms and Conditions for
Sale Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions
that apply to any order, purchase, receipt, delivery or use of any products
from CREEPEX or any of its subsidiaries. By accepting delivery of the
product(s) purchased from CREEPEX and described on your invoice, you
agree to be bound by and accept the following terms and conditions.
Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter
an order for a product(s) that is subject to additional or altered terms
and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in
a written agreement signed by both you and CREEPEX. These terms and
conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any
time, in CREEPEX’s sole discretion.
- Definitions.
- “We”, “us” and/or “our”
means CREEPEX.
- “You” or “your” means the individual
or entity named on the invoice.
- Payment Terms, Orders, and Interest. Advertised prices
are in U.S. dollars and, unless otherwise noted, exclude shipping,
handling and any taxes that may be imposed by the legal authority
that governs the jurisdiction in which you reside. Terms of payment
are within CREEPEX’s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed
to in writing by CREEPEX, payment must be received by CREEPEX before
CREEPEX’s acceptance of an order. Invoice amounts are due and
payable within the period noted on the invoice, measured from the
date of the invoice. CREEPEX may invoice parts of an order separately.
You agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate
allowed by law. CREEPEX is not responsible for pricing, typographical
or other errors in any offer by CREEPEX and we reserve the unilateral
right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors. 3. Taxes. Unless
otherwise indicated on the face of the invoice, you are responsible
for paying all taxes associated with your order.
- Shipping, Title and Risk of Loss. Shipping and handling
are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of
sale. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected
by CREEPEX is CREEPEX’s responsibility. Loss or damage that
occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility.
You must notify CREEPEX of damaged or missing items from your order
within fourteen (14) calendar days after you receive your product.
- Products. CREEPEX continually upgrades and revises
its products and service offerings. CREEPEX may revise and discontinue
products at any time without prior notice to customers. CREEPEX will
ship products that have the functionality and performance of the products
ordered, but changes between what is shipped and what is described
in a specification sheet are possible.
Refund policy
Simply put, we want you to be happy and
safe:
If you are not completely satisfied with
your retail purchase we will CHEERFULLY do our best to make you happy...
1. we will exchange to your
satisfaction,
OR
2. we will send you a 100% refund,
less shipping charges, (less our credit card costs of 5.5%, if an
order is charged on a card, and then cancelled on customer's request).
We require two things from you:
1. You contact us by phone (toll-free
1-877-CREEPEX or email within 14 days of delivery, tell us what went
wrong, and get a Return Authorization Number. We want to understand
exactly what corrective action is needed, or exactly how the product
was not satisfactory for you,
AND
2. we receive the product back in a
re saleable condition, within 21 days (be sure to SHIP INSURED). Our
Refund Policy doesn't apply in cases such as Custom or Special-order
items not normally stocked. If this is the case, we will always let
you know BEFORE you approve your order.
